What information do we collect about you and how is it collected?
We collect information about you when you enquire to us or pay for work to be undertaken. These are only basic details such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. You may be providing us with your details via email, website contact form, telephone or letter. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using ‘cookies’ – please see separate section titled ‘Using our Website and Social Media’.
How will we use the information about you and with who will we share it?
We will use your details to contact you about your enquiry and process your request efficiently. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies. In processing your order, we may need to send your details to other companies who we engage with eg. to instruct them who/where to send your product(s) to. We will always ask for consent first. Testimonials and photos provided by clients will only be published on social media, website and printed material with the consent of the client.
